Can I return a product I don’t like?

We do not accept returns or refunds. However, you can request a replacement in exchange for a coupon code of the same value within 3 working days of receiving your order.

How do I request a replacement?

within 3 working days of delivery with your order ID and reason for replacement. The item should be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 working days (shipping cost borne by the customer).

What if the product I received is damaged or incorrect?

within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear product photos. (An unboxing video may be required for damaged items.)

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed. Pre-order or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled. If an order is cancelled before shipping, a coupon code of the same value will be issued.

How long is a coupon code valid?

Coupon codes issued for replacements are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

Sale items (unless defective/different)

Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores

Orders that have already been shipped

Who pays for shipping when returning a product?

Shipping costs for returns or replacements are borne by the customer. If TBF arranges a pickup, a pickup fee of ₹200 will apply.
